The United States and Canada are served from stock we already hold in the US at 120V/60Hz. Everywhere else is a factory programme: the lamp is built at your mains voltage with the plug for your country, from 300 units per model. Voltage and plug type are the two things that decide whether a lamp sells or gets returned, so they are fixed before the build starts.

No. A 120V 60Hz luminaire is not a legal or practical proposition in a 230V/50Hz market, and Anrotix does not export US stock into those markets. Orders for those destinations are built as factory programmes at 230V/50Hz with the plug type for your country.
Yes, as a factory programme from 300 units per model. The driver, cord set and plug are specified for your destination before the build starts, so the lamp arrives ready to plug in rather than needing a step-down transformer.
Type A and B for the United States, Canada, Mexico, Colombia and Peru; Type C and F for the EU, Russia and the CIS; Type G for the UK, Ireland and the Gulf; Type I for Australia, New Zealand, Argentina and Chile; Type N for Brazil. The plug is fitted at the factory, not as an adapter in the carton.
Anrotix holds an ETL listing to UL 153 and CSA C22.2, which is the portable luminaire standard for the United States and Canada. Conformity documentation for other destinations is quoted as part of the programme rather than assumed — ask sales for the current position for your market before you commit.

No. Drop-ship runs from US stock with US domestic carriers, so it is a United States service. Export orders are shipped as consolidated freight to your nominated port or warehouse.
