Single units to your customer, with your paperwork and no Anrotix branding on the outside of the box.
Replacement parts
Shades, poles, drivers, and hardware held in the US. We ship the part instead of making you return the whole unit.
2-year warranty
Covers materials and workmanship including the LED driver and switches, honored through our US facility.

How we handle the things that go wrong
Lighting is a damage-prone category. A long carton takes a knock in transit, a shade arrives dented, a bag of hardware goes missing. What matters to a dealer is not whether it happens — it always happens — but what it costs in time when it does.
- We ship the part, not the process. Send an order number and a photo. A replacement shade, pole, driver or hardware pack leaves our US warehouse, and we do not ask you to return the original first.
- Warranty claims are handled in the US. Two years on materials and workmanship, including the LED driver and the switches, honored through our US facility rather than across an ocean.
- Credits do not wait for your next container. Because we hold stock domestically, a claim is resolved against inventory we already have.
