This site is a trade information site. It does not take orders and it does not process payment. By using it you agree to these terms.
1. No offer for sale
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell. Prices shown as “suggested retail” are the manufacturer's suggested retail prices for reference only. Wholesale pricing is quoted per enquiry and depends on volume and on whether the order ships from US stock or from a factory run.
2. Quotations
A quotation is valid for the period stated on it, typically 30 days, and is subject to stock availability at the time of order. It becomes binding only when we issue an order confirmation.
3. Wholesale terms
Minimum order quantities, payment terms, freight terms, warranty and territory are set out on the For dealers page as a summary. The governing document is the dealer agreement or pro forma invoice supplied with your quotation, which prevails over anything on this site.
4. Product information
We try to keep specifications, dimensions, packaging figures and container quantities accurate, but they are indicative. Manufacturing tolerances and packaging revisions happen. Confirm anything critical against a sample or against your quotation before placing volume orders.
Colours and finishes shown on screen depend on your display and may differ from the physical product.
5. Certification
Statements about ETL listing, voltage and plug type describe the products as supplied for the US market. Certificate copies, test reports and listing file numbers are available on request, and we encourage buyers to verify them against the relevant NRTL directory.
6. Intellectual property
The site's text, photographs, graphics and code are owned by Anrotix or licensed to us. You may view and print pages for your own business use. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit the content without written permission.
Nothing on this site grants a licence to use the Anrotix name or mark. Private-label customers are licensed to use their own brand, not ours.
7. Confidentiality of enquiries
Commercial information you send us — volumes, target pricing, customer names — is treated as confidential and is used only to prepare and discuss your quotation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anrotix is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this site or reliance on information published on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for personal injury caused by a defective product.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts in California have exclusive jurisdiction.
