I actually liked the lamp, but the packaging from HGTV HOME was terrible! It was obviously a previously returned item. The outer box was damp and soggy with old tape that was not very secure. The styrofoam inside was crumbling and had large holes in it and the two pieces were not taped together. Therefore, 3 pieces of the lamp had fallen out of the styrofoam slots and into the bottom of the box. This resulted in paint being chipped and so had to return it--not an easy task with such a large box. (and the crumbling styrofoam made a huge mess on my floor)I've ordered an exchange, but the delivery date given is now 4-6 weeks out.
