Privacy Policy
This is a trade website. It does not sell anything directly — the only form on it is a wholesale enquiry form. This policy explains what we collect when you use it, why, and what choices you have.
1. What we collect
Information you send us. When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, email address, company name, the model and quantity you are interested in, and whatever you write in the message box.
Information collected automatically. Like most sites, we and our analytics provider collect device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, referring page and pages viewed, along with the approximate location derived from your IP address.
2. Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and send you pricing, stock levels and lead times
- To keep a record of the enquiry in case you come back to us later
- To prevent spam and abuse of the form
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it
- To meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations
We do not use your enquiry details for unrelated marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you asked for a price.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that make the site work:
- Form processing — the enquiry form is delivered by a third-party form service, which receives your submission in order to forward it to us
- Email hosting — to receive and reply to your enquiry
- Analytics — to understand traffic and usage
- Professional advisers and authorities — where required by law or to protect our legal rights
4. Your California privacy rights (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to delete it, to correct it, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and not to be treated differently for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information.
To exercise any of these rights, email help@anrotix.cn with the subject line “Privacy Request”. We will confirm within 10 business days and respond within 45 days.
5. Cookies
Essential cookies keep the site functional. Analytics cookies are optional. You can decline them through your browser settings; the enquiry form will still work.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as there is a commercial relationship, and generally seven years for tax and record-keeping purposes. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS and access to enquiries is limited to staff who need it. No transmission over the internet is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Changes
We will update the date above if this policy changes materially.
